My son attended camp here this summer. The first week was great. On his last day I mentioned to Michelle (owner) that we wished there were more camp days left but we signed him up for the last available week. Michelle stated that there was one more week available but that it was not on their website so we could come back for another week. I told her I could not commit to the entire week so she said it would be fine to go day-to-day. I stated that we were thinking of Monday thru Friday. That Monday afternoon I gave Michelle a check for 4 days, including payment for before and aftercare. By tuesday evening my son was ill with a cold. I contacted Michelle on Wednesday morning and told her my son would not be coming to camp because he was ill. The following week (school started) I contacted Michelle about the refund for the days he did not attend and was told that all camp dues were non- refundable. This is BS. I printed out her webpage where I found the camp and it said nothing of the kind! The only thing non-refundable was a deposit. NOT all camp dues. She claimed that she would lose business if she did not hold my son's space. How can you lose business when you did not even advertise that week of camp????? What person did you bump? She offered to save the refund towards the next camp.... As in 2015????? Really? How nice of you. If you keep on running your business this way what makes you think you will be around a year from now? This is theft plain and simple. I would not do business with these people again if manna fell from the skies. Took us for a ride. Not trustworthy at all.

I had the worse encounter with the owner today she was so very rude she actually told me I was being rude and said I was rude on the first day she met me I was never rude to this lady, and I dont know if she had me mixed up with someone else but I should have never even been spoken to like that!! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. My daughter over heard the owner saying those things and was upset for the whole lesson and dont want to go back it makes me sad because my daughter loves horses and loved the teacher, Now I have no complaints when it comes to the teacher Cheryl she is very nice and patient with my daughter who has ADHD!! I'm only giving 2 stars because the teacher was so great!!
