Camp's Description

Camp Fairlee Manor offers a traditional camp experience  for children and adult with disabilities or other special needs.  Operated by Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore Inc, it is located in a rural setting on Maryland's upper Eastern Shore near the beautiful and scenic Chesapeake Bay.  The traditional summer camp weeks run from June through August.  Some weeks are for children age 6+ and other weeks for adults over 21.  There are two special one week sessions for persons with Autism and/or other intensive needs and feature a 1:1 ratio of staff to camper.  Activities include arts, crafts, high ropes, climbing wall, zip line, swimming, canoeing, and many other traditional camp activities. Full time nurse on staff.  In addition to summer camp, respite weekends are offered throughout the year as well as travel camp ( Florida and Alaska).  Camp Fairlee is accredited by the American Camping Association.
