Camp Eden Wood offers traditional and specialty resident camp sessions are open to persons with or without disabilities. Day and weekend camp options also available. Camp Eden Wood is conveniently located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, just minutes from the Twin Cities. When you step onto this beautiful 20-acre wooded site on Birch Island Lake, you’ll feel like you’re “up north” but still have access to local parks and attractions. The Welcome Lodge offers a climate-controlled dining area and full service kitchen. Accessible modern cabins and dormitory housing, ropes challenge course, indoor/ outdoor recreation areas. Camp Eden Wood is a program of Friendship Ventures. Our programs are a great place for children, teens and adults to have the time of their lives. Services are specially designed for persons with developmental, physical or multiple disabilities, special medical needs, Down Syndrome, autism, or other conditions. Resident camp programs are ACA accredited and operate June through August. Contact office to request an application packet or download from our website. Fees are listed in brochure and also available on our website. Scholarships available.
