this wonderful camp promises a complete outdoor experience - hiking or canoing in the beautiful countryside of the North Carolina mountains. the camp itself is welcoming and casual - with its own lake for swimming ~ my son went to deep woods as both a camper and a Ranger 25 years ago, and considers his summers there as among his most formative times. at deep woods, a boy reconnects with nature, and strengthens own potential as a growing young person.
