My Second Home August 02, 2008

I've been to 3 other Girl Scout camps besides Azalea Trails, and they just don't compare. I've made so many friends and learned so many great, new things. The horses are great and pine-needle skiing was the bomb. Campfires are really fun and meaningful at the same time. My favorite part of camp is the singing though. All the counselors sing non-stop and the campers can't help but join in. Everyone should send their girls to experience this wonderful, amazing place, that I call my second home.

i have been going to camp AT. since 2004 and everything there is just amazing and really wonderful. i plan to be a counselor there and i cant miss a year of not going its terrific i just luv it there and i always make new friends and i luv meeting the counselors every year even if i already know them from the year before. Your child will sure want to come back if they were to ever come here, i promise you that, they learn the meaning of teamwork and why we use it and good communication. you get to do fun activities. so if your trying to look for a camp for your child i would highly recommend "Camp Azalea Trails"!

A Hearty Camp July 29, 2008

Camp Azalea Trails might not be known for it's amazing programs, but it is definitely remembered for it's heart. I attending camp AT and completed all of the leadership programs. From my experience, AT was incredible. The staff are so dedicated and truly care about the campers. The bathrooms were recently updated and are incredibly clean. The programs have just been updated and now include more outdoorsy activities, along with horses and some more girly units. The leadership programs really give the girls strong, positive mentors and teach valuable life lessons with the beautiful background of the San Bernardino National Forest. If anyone is thinking about sending their child to GS camp, seriously consider AT. Your child will want to go back summer after summer.
