Carmichael Training Systems Century Training Camp

May 15-17, 2009

Join the CTS-Asheville Coaches for three days of training rides, cycling and nutrition tips, and beautiful scenic routes featured in some of Western NC’s greatest century rides. You will learn key techniques that help riders of all sizes and shapes excel during endurance cycling events.

This camp provides a balance of skills and endurance training. On the final day we will ride a metric century (63 miles) through the beautiful hills, apple orchards and farming communities surrounding Asheville. This camp is best suited for riders of ALL LEVELS – beginner to advanced. We recommend that your bicycle be equipped with a compact crankset and/or a 12-27 rear cassette.
