We offer wrestling camps for all ages and weights.
More experienced wrestlers should attend our Advanced Technique & Competition Camp featuring 2X NCAA Champion from Iowa Mark Perry, Ohio State Coach and 2X Division I All-American Lou Rosselli, Hofstra Head Coach and 3X Division I All-American Tom Shifflet, Armed Forces World Champion Jeff Bedard, and Asics Freestyle National Champion Keith Walton.
More intermediate wrestlers fit well in our Beginner's Camp which is structured to provide knowledge of basic skills and techniques necessary for success at the introductory level of the sport.
Our Heavyweight Camp features University of North Carolina Greensboro Head Coach Jason Loukides and focuses on teaching upper weight wrestlers how to use techniques specific to heavyweights to be successful in the sport of wrestling.
