Camp's Description

Smoky Mountain Adventure Camp is located in Cocke County Tennessee, just outside a little community called Cosby. We are approximately 18 miles from Gatlinburg, Tennessee and situated next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Cherokee National Forest.

Campers enjoy a full adventure experience as we cave, hike, backpack, tube, canoe, rappel, rock climb, ride horses, white-water raft, and participate in outdoor and naturalist programs. Our programs are tailored to the individual skills and ability levels of the campers so everyone can enjoy the high-adventure activities. We can also keep it a little more traditional for those not seeking a thrill a minute.

Our camp counselors are outdoor enthusiasts that love working with youth. We maintain a 4 to 1 ratio of campers to counselors.
