Camp's Description The Windridge Tennis Camps stand unique among camps in that we incorporate a highly specialized tennis program within the traditional framework of a rural New England camp setting. For almost forty years children have come to Windridge from most of the fifty states and many foreign countries to share in the Windridge experience – a commitment to hard work, good sportsmanship, and wholesome fun and laughter within a warm and friendly environment.
Our philosophy is centered around the belief that children who are encouraged to do well in areas that they enjoy will show positive personality growth. By providing a broad range of instruction in sports and an opportunity for supervised group living, we are able to give campers the fundamentals they need for fulfilling their individual potential. Within the Windridge community, youngsters discover the meaning of trust and respect for others, and are able to gain a confidence in themselves as well as a good feeling toward those around them.
