Camp Winnebagoe, a private co-ed camp for children 8-16 is situated in the beautiful lakelands of Muskoka in Ontario, Canada.
It is the warmth of Winnebagoe and the close "family feeling" that provide our campers with such an unqiuely special summer experience.
Camp Winnebagoe celebrates the individual child. Enrollment is purposely limited to 300 children so that the needs and concerns of each camper are individually met. The smaller camp population is crucial in ensuring that the camp retains a warm, caring feeling, a place where every member of the "camp family" knows one another, no matter the age.
The Winnebagoe site is both lovely, yet practical, with excellent facilities available for our campers' enjoyment. Activities range from a wide variety of land skills such as tennis, horseback-riding, riflery, arts and crafts, ceramics, drama, and all field games, to a full waterfront selection including sailing, canoeing, water-skiing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe-tripping, pedal-boating, surf-biking, and swimming at all Red Cross and Royal Life Saving levels.
