The main focus at Circle "A" Ranch is to teach young people to reach higher levels of achievement, contribution, and fulfillment; and to become all God created them to be. Every staff member, as a part of the Circle "A" Ranch family, gives loving direction throughout the day, reinforcing the life changing concepts that are the very foundation of the Ranch program. Seminar sessions, taught by Skip, are part of the daily schedule. The young person is taught how he can be well adjusted in six areas of life: future career, home, social, physical, mental, and spiritual. Each young person is given valuable instruction in how to develop self-esteem, how to maintain self-motivation, how to set goals, and how to accomplish those goals. "Living Life Dynamically" is a total concept.
