We are the premiere lacrosse camps in Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland. Join us this summer as Be The Best unites a multitude of current and former college lacrosse players and coaches from some of the best schools in division one college lacrosse to coach position specific skills, drills and tactics in the only lacrosse camp of its kind in the metropolitan area.

This is a great local camp that showcases the best college lax players as instructors. Past instructors include Matt Ward, Brendan Healy, Ian Healy , JR Bordley, Tony Russo, Danny McCormick, and other all-america players
