Camp's Description

We guarantee you will swim faster, or your swim camp is FREE. For kids age 5-18 and adults.

Since 1987, we teach parents how to teach their kids with our frame-by-frame underwater video stroke analysis and our special drills. We start each camp by videotaping each swimmer 's underwater stroke. Before we show them their stroke, we show everyone an underwater tape of a World Record holder, and measure their stroke efficiency. Then we measure the stroke of each swimmer. As a result, each swimmer sees exactly what they need to improve.

Then, with our special drills and Powerbelt (fins that strap onto the hips) we help each improve their stroke efficiency. Most of our free and back swimmers cut their stroke count in half.

We also measure strength and flexibility and teach exercises to improve them.

Camps are limited to ten swimmers. Follow-up Internet stroke analysis is available.

Our age groupers have all improved their times 3-18%. Our elite swimmers have won 43 Gold Medals and have set 11 World Records.
