Camp's Description

Nationwide exposure to every college basketball coach in America (almost 2,000). Camp Director and scout, Rick Bolus, will be at camp all week observing each player’s performance at least once daily. Doug Huff, selector of Street & Smith's Basketball Yearbook All-American Teams, will be at camp to analyze the campers. A chance to be observed by college coaches nationwide. Equality for all campers from tuition to playing time. A minimum of 10 full-court games for the week against quality competition from all over the country (doesn’t include Single Elimination Tournament or all-star game). No half-court games played at "Blue-Chip". FREE camp programs to all campers and college coaches which list pertinent information on each camper. A top-notch camp staff made up of NAIA, junior college, and high school coaches from all parts of the country. Optional competition contests, certificate of achievement, awards, camp T-shirt, and a written evaluation from camper’s league coach. All league games and fundamental stations take place indoors in air-conditioning. FREE round trip transportation between the Lexington airport, Greyhound Station and Georgetown, KY. Outstanding speakers on recruiting, academics, and basketball. Mini-clinics for guards, big men, and 3-point shooters. Nutritious and all-you-care-to-eat meals prepared by a professional food service staff in an air-conditioned cafeteria. Staff members will be on duty at all times to oversee the gyms and cafeteria and there will be 24 hours supervision in the dormitories even while the campers are asleep
