At Austin Martial Arts, we strongly believe that the Martial Arts is far more than just punching and kicking!! Since our beginning we (Sensei Tristan & Sensei Fabian) have had one main focus and goal for all of our courses ~ that is personal growth and self transformation.
Whether it was for health, fitness, martial artistry, personal safety, sports performance, mental focus, stress release or inner peace … we vowed to ourselves that every program we offered would always be congruent with this main focus.
Today with 350 students we remain consistent with this vision and our multi-dimensional programs continue to help members of our Westlake and Austin community improve the quality of their lives through the martial arts.
