brings some out of their shells October 22, 2009

I have been an instructor for iD Tech camps at the UT Austin location for two years now (2008 and 2009). One great thing about this camp is that is helps bring some kids out of their shells. With every new week, and a whole new set of kids, there was always at least one child who said something to me along the lines of "No one in my town/school likes computers/video games... I love iD Tech because there's kids here just like me!"

Great Experience for my son! August 10, 2009

Compared to the other "outdoor" camp that my son went to, this camp was outstanding in the way of personal attention, safety, and medication. The food could have been better. But I think that is up to the Dorms where they were staying. Not really anything iD Tech can control unless they got private catering. It was a good mix between fun and games and learning on the computers. Plus it was only a little higher priced than the one where they only swam in the lake all week. I guess it costs more to have all of those computers and Counselors who know technology.
