Fantastic Camp, Dec 18, 2013
reviewer: Stephengraf79 from NJ
My son went to Premier Soccer Camps in New Jersey in 2012 and had a wonderful experience. He told me it was the best coaching he had ever received. I went the first day to registration and it was handled professionally as was the check out on the last day. It was held at a College Campus and all the facilities were top notch. I watched 2 training sessions on the Tuesday that my son was there and it was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we sent my son to their Carlsbad, CA locaiton in 2013 and it was more of the same. Top class facilities and training. I highly recommend it.

No refund for cancelled camps?, Oct 30, 2013
reviewer: SoccermomSP from San Diego, CA
If you register for any of the Premier camps, be cautioned that they may get cancelled and you may never get a refund. This is what has happened to us. My son registered for a Premier soccer camp in July 2013 that was cancelled, which they did not tell any of the registered kids. We paid in full 4 months before the camp and have never received a refund even though the camp website has a 100% refund policy. The director wrote us months ago promising a refund, but now he does not answer any emails or phone messages and still no refund.

Poor Management, No Integrity, Mar 09, 2013
reviewer: JRV from VA
I have to warn folks about how poorly this camp is run. We registered our teenage son for camp in the summer of 2012. He was really excited for it. We drove 4 hours to bring him there, only to find that the camp had been cancelled. We were NOT notified. So they tell us there is a camp he can attend 2 hours away. We drive there to find that the camp is for pre-teen girls! After much drama, they promise a full refund, with little sympathy that we are now 6 hours from home. Thank goodness we hadn't put him on a plane or bus. I can't even imagine. It took MONTHS to get a partial refund (less than half), and we still have not seen the balance. Dennis Lukens has emailed us excuses about not having money, out of the country, etc. etc. and has not honored his promise of a full refund. We gave them every opportunity to make things right, but now we've given up. Do you want your child to go to a camp that is run by someone so lacking in integrity? A camp that doesn't have the financial stability to responsibly run it's operations or the management to notify campers parents of changes? A camp that thinks it's ok for our older teenage son to join a pre-teen girls camp? Please don't. We continue to await our promised, full refund. Perhaps the only way to get it is to share our story here and with the BBB.
