Learning & Fun, Jul 19, 2010
reviewer: Cmartin from St. Louis, MO
My 12 year old loved what he learned at iD Tech Camp. He created his own video game that we are still trying to beat on a consistant level. I want to also give kudos to the staff at iD Camp! They kept the kids involved, and entertained, and active. The word "bored" was not uttered once by my son who has added that word a lot to his vocabulary this summer. I would highly recommend it!

Sterling Experience for our 14-year-old, Jul 06, 2010
reviewer: Jeff from Saint Louis, MO
Our 14-year-old grandson returned to the Washington U. camp for two more sessions. In each, he was highly stimulated to learn his subject in depth. Visiting from out-of-town, he was immediately made welcome by his instructors, "Dr. Manhattan" and "Shep." He created his own web page in the first session - and learned to program in C++ in the second. I cannot properly describe the excellence of the instructors and their skills in making the campers feel good about their work. After a long day at camp, which is structtured to give the students some physical activity as well - he would sit down to show us what he had learned. He can't wait to return next year. We were thrilled with every aspect of the camp - from the director to the faculty.

Elete Summer!, Oct 20, 2009
reviewer: Tshabangu from Washington University, MO
I was an instructor for Web page design animation &Flash together with Video game creation arcade and platform. I must say I had a blast and would be happy to come back again to teach at the camp in Washington University. The staff members were great and together we created a memorable experience at WASHU. The kids were awesome to have and I played many games that I have never thought they existed! It was hard at times when WASHU staff will delay some of our requests but in overall I would encourage everyone to go to WASHU and they will have a time of their life!

iD Tech Camp at Washington University, Oct 19, 2009
reviewer: Jslats1618 from St. Louis, MO
As an iD Tech instructor at Washington University during the summer of 2009, I watched children's creativity and self-esteem soar. The structure of the camp provides a balance of both fun and educational elements. At the end of the week, my campers were bursting with pride about showing their creations and projects to their parents, and during the week. To have helped children feel that accomplishment is a fantastic feeling! I recommend this camp for all kids and any kids--I did not encounter one camper who didn't have fun at our camp.

iD Tech Camp rocks!!, Sep 30, 2009
reviewer: Captain from Phoenix, AZ
I was the director of iD tech camp at WashU last year, and it was fantastic. I am excited to come back and do it all again next summer. I have worked for a few different summer camps, but iD is honestly the best camp experience I have ever had. The staff are dedicated to making every week better than the last, and to ensuring that every student has a great time. The campers get to engage in not only learning awesome skills on the technology side, but they also have fun playing games and meeting new people. I am so happy I was able to be part of camp this past summer, and I would definitely recommend iD to anyone interested.
