Join Hunter Allen and the Peaks Coaching Team for our annual fall training camp in beautiful south central Pennsylvania.  This camp is designed to teach cyclists of all abilities and styles how to use their historical power / training data to plan the perfect 2011 season.  During the five day camp you’ll experience an excellent blend of morning educational seminars, picturesque fall foliage rides and afternoon baseline testing and planning. The classroom and on the road coaching will be top notch, featuring Hunter Allen, founder of Peaks Coaching Group and author of “Training and Racing with a Power Meter”, co-founder of TrainingPeaks.com and recognized leader on all things power training.  If that is not enough for you, Scott Moninger of the Peaks Coaching Group and one the most successful U.S. pros in cycling history will be adding his knowledge and experience to the classroom while keeping the “on the road” efforts lively.

General Overview:

• You will learn how to identify your cycling strengths and weaknesses, how to develop a periodization plan, and how to improve your results of each phase of your training.  
• You will go through a series of personal physical and bio-mechanics tests in an effort to better understand your base abilities and then use this information along with your past power data to improve your training plan for 2011. 
• Receive advice and personalized  attention from our professional Peaks Coaches while enjoying fall foliage rides throughout South Central Pennsylvania
• Learn how to develop and understand your WKO power charts and data from Hunter Allen, “The guy who wrote the book on power training”.

Fall Camp Includes:

• Daily morning seminars featuring specific topics on how to plan your perfect 2011 season
• A custom training manual with all seminar presentations and room for handouts and daily notes
• Full ride support complete with lunch and snack stops
• Mechanic on duty, will clean and check bicycles each evening
