At the Lake Arrowhead camp, the campers will be divided into teams which will meet for team building activities and dual meet style competitions. Campers will also experience a high ropes challenge course, a review of daily sessions and discussions in the aspects of the sport from a wrestling handbook. This team concept will give campers more accountability and supervision throughout their stay. We are one of the only camps in Southern California that actually incorporates team building skills and a ropes challenge course to better prepare a wrestler for the season.

The wrestling camps are designed to empower each individual and help him/her acquire the skills and techniques needed to make them a well-rounded wrestler.
