I had no idea what to expect when I first drove up to camp. I had never been to an overnight camp before, and I barely knew any of the people. Within the first night, I had already began making friends and had a comfortable set up in my cabin. And at camp you are never bored, there is always something to be doing. Whether you're attending a performance class, or down swimming by the lake, or just hanging out...it's always fun. Plus, every night the counselors plan a new activity...anything from campfires, hide and seek, fashion shows, or movie nights. And there's so many different classes for all sorts of interests like dance, singing, Shakespeare, writing, improv, art, film, and one of the most popular being variety arts. Each class is taught by someone highly qualified, and any performer can appreciate the training. But most importantly, everyone bonds while at CAMP, especially within their own cabin, and many people are able to stay close friends well after CAMP has ended. I would recommend CAMP to anyone.
