My 9 and 12 year old girls had an "awesome" time at Camp Runels this summer. It's a traditional girl scout camp - nothing fancy - but the staff is great and make everything fun. They offer "sampler" programs for girls who may not be ready for a full week of overnight camp, and many of their programs for middle-school and high-school girls offer off-site programs for adventures all over New England. Lots of variety, and your daughter doesn't need to be a member of a Girl Scout troop in order to attend Girl Scout summer camp.
