My son attended this camp recently, and had a serious problem with being bullied. The staff were quite young, and were unable to recognize or help him with the bullying when asked. Because the camp has a strict no contact policy with home, he suffered almost the entire time. He asked supervisors 3 times if he could call home (he wanted to call for help) and was denied a phonecall. He wrote home for help, but his postcards never arrived (!). When I called to check on him, I was told everything was going well and he was having a great time. In spite of the glorious surroundings, he had a miserable time. There are no refunds, and the camp was more like $1,000 per week, so if you take the chance on this camp, perhaps start with 1 week the first time to see how your child fares.
