UVA NIKE Tennis Camp summer 2011 Aug 27, 2011
reviewer: Jeff Cleary from Norfolk, VA
If you are looking for actual instruction for your teenage tennis player, don't waste your time. The "35%" time spent in stroke development is completely bogus. Most, if not all, is spent just playing short "matches." The dormatories were initialled billed as air-conditioned, but changed without advance notice to non-air conditioned. My son went to the Jul 31 camp; complete waste of time in my opinion, should have spent the $$ on an actual personal instructor or the like. Unless your son/daughter just wants to play pick-up games all day, then stay away from this camp.
