First let me say I am an adult and have never been a guest there. However I was there for 5 days as part of a group of volunteers readying the Camp for Summer. It is indeed beautiful...breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Also for me the right combination of rustic and modern.We worked hard but I enjoyed every moment in the clean air and the company of the folks there. I wish I had had the opportunity to attend a camp like this when I was a child. The folks who run this camp, at least the ones I met were a committed lot whose values and sense of responsibility showed clearly in the efforts they made getting the Camp prepared for Summer. If I had a child camp-age I wouldn't hesitate to send him there. I am , in fact going back there this Summer during Family Camp. It, in my opinion , is worth the 6 or 7 hour drive from where I live.
