Camp Assurance is a special place Aug 29, 2008

Our family is well aquainted with Camp Assurance. I attended as a teenager back in the 60's. Our children have attended regularly and now our grandchildren are attending. It is in a quiet, quaint setting. You can still experience the "camping" feeling. There is a swimming pool, trails, "zippy", horses, a cowboy breakfast in the woods and so much more. The children are given a chance to get back to nature and God. There are no televisions, radios, Ipods, cellphones, etc. Just a delightful week to spend with your friends and to spend with God. The preaching is on the child's level and encourages them to make decisions to live their lives according to God's Word. If you are looking for a place where your child will be away from the distractions of this world and be with counselors who love the Lord and want the best for your child then Camp Assurance is the place.
