Wooden Acres Camp otherwise known as WAC to the kids is really my children's summer home. They love it! They count down the days all year until they can go again! Both of them recant summer camp stories to us throughout the year. My husband and I still hear about fun things they did last year and it is now April! We, as parents feel very secure sending them to Wooden Acres and feel confident that they are well cared for. The director is wonderful with kids and has high expectations of the staff. The staff are trained well and have been great with our children. The activities are varied, water-skiing, sports, arts, etc so there is something for everything (and our kids are so different that it is great they both are happy with the activities). Food is really good and I am happy with the menus that the kids tell me about. They certainly never go hungry!
